The objective of the Tourism Trails Course is to provide learners with the necessary skills to either launch their own tourism initiatives or work with established operators in the industry.

The Training Delivery and Evaluation module gives you an insight on how to professionally and effectively deliver training initiatives. It is also part of the Training and Development Award (formerly Train the Trainer).

Special Purpose Award Training and Development 6S3372
The purpose of this award is to enable the learner to acquire the knowledge, skill and competence to identify training and development needs and to deliver and evaluate a training intervention within a range of training and development contexts.
This QQI Level 6 programme module 1:
Training Needs Identification and Design 6N3325 (15 credits).
Duration:
This module will be delivered at Dunhill Multi-Education Centre over 9 Fridays between October and December 2022.
Module 1: Training Needs Identification and Design 6N3325 (15 credits)
This module will be delivered over 4 Fridays during October 2022
Start Date: Friday 7th and delivery on Fridays 14th, 21st and 28th of October 2022
Final Submission Date: Friday the 4th of November 2022
Module 2: Training Delivery and Evaluation 6N3326) (15 credits)
This module will be delivered over 5 Fridays during November and December 2022
Start Date: Friday 11th of November and delivery on Fridays 18th, 25th of November & 2nd and 9th of December 2022
Final Submission Date: Friday 16th of December 2022
Time: 09:00 to 17:00.
Cost: €800.00 including Course Textbook, “Professional Practice in Training and Development, An Essential Guide”, or 450.00€ per module.

The Tourism Trails Programme is proud to announce the Irish Heritage module will be starting late March.
This module leads to a QQI Level 5 component award and fees are funded by WWETB. Delivery of this module is for approximately 12 weeks, one day a week and all are welcome to enrol.
This module is enables learners to appreciate, research, interpret and promote an understanding Heritage, and is of particular interest to those seeking to develop a Heritage-centric tourism offering.
