Catering Coordinator

Catering Coordinator wanted for daily running the community café including event catering for the Education Centre and Ecopark.

Successful candidates should have:
– Previous experience in management of a food operation, preferably a café
– Passion for food, hot beverages and keeping abreast of current café trends
– HACCP training
– Cash handling skills
– Good understanding of menu pricing and stock control

Position is for 32 hours a week, based in Dunhill Co. Waterford, so own transport is essential.

Agriculture, Horticulture and “Soft Skills” Tutors Required

Dunhill Multi-Education Centre has developed a panel of tutors available to deliver training on a part-time and short-term contract basis.

Trainers qualified in fields from Agriculture (technical & business tutors), IT, Horticulture, Accounting Business and a wide range of others are invited to
apply for inclusion on the panel. Tutors should hold a technical qualification in their chosen field and a pedagogical (training) qualification is desirable.

Recruitment will be on an ongoing basis as tutors are required.

Please note: We currently have an urgent requirement for the following:

  • Horticulture tutor in the South East
  • Agricultural Science tutors in the South & South-East, across a range of Dairy, Sheep, Beef & Tillage backgrounds
  • Agricultural Machinery tutors nationwide
